“The staff was amazing and the housekeeping was really good about coming to clean. However, the condition of the hotel was absolutely horrible and absolutely nothing like the pictures described the toilet made a loud sound throughout the whole night. The room was super dusty and outdated. The phone didn’t work in the room. The TV also was very outdated. ”

“I noticed upon arrival that there was a spill near the elevator, which appeared to be a large amount of soda. A caution cone had been placed in the area to alert guests. However, the following day, prior to checkout, the cone had been removed, and the floor remained very sticky. Additionally, there was a dirty white towel discarded in the corner, which appeared to have been used to clean the spill.”

“The staff was great and the welcome started with the valet. All of the staff provided excellent service. Only in the south are you welcomed with such a great personality. The location is in the middle of the historic district. The room was spacious and perfect. ”

“Elevators were down, room was absolutely disgusting, roof top bar had to close early, got moved to another room and it was just as filthy! Not the way we wanted to spend our 1 year anniversary night!!!!!!!! Blood and pubic hair all in our shower! Carpet had not been vacuumed! ”

“Room was clean and kitchen had basics. Place was very quiet, parking lot was well lit. Price was right, would stay there again”

“I’m not sure if the reviews were made up but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was so gross. We had mold in our bathroom and bugs in the room. Breakfast was horrible and made us sick. The entire hotel smelled like weed and it was not appropriate for our children. Do not recommend. ”

“One of the best experiences that I’ve had with a hotel, they let us check in early after I had surgery. It was extremely modern clean and professional people were so gracious and nice even at the breakfast morning before we left. If I can give them 20 stars I would your front office Staff the gentleman working the breakfast the cleanliness everything was top-notch thank you so much and if I go to Birmingham, you’re my first choice. ! What a wonderful crew you have.”

“Clean room and quiet”

“Charming hotel. Great location. Safe and easy street parking. Although there was someone there when we arrived, it seems staff is not always on premises. Main door and hotel rooms have combination codes which are sent via text. Rooms are lovely: comfortable beds and large bathrooms. TVs with all the streaming apps, coffee and tea station on each floor. No elevators. Reasonably priced. I would definitely go back. ”
